Henry Olinde practices primarily in the areas of admiralty and maritime law, commercial litigation, products liability, construction, securities fraud, labor and employment law, environmental claims, civil rights claims, health care, homeland security, insurance defense claims and emergency preparedness. He also represents and provides counseling services to governmental entities and emergency service organizations in matters ranging from policies and procedures to public bid law issues, elections, bond issues and state and local labor disputes.
Mr. Olinde is admitted to all Louisiana state and federal courts.
